With a strong reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction, they are currently looking for a Head of Retail to lead the Hong Kong retail team.about the team.Reporting to the General Manager, you will be managing a sizable team with 6-8 direct reports. Supported by other corporate functions such as Marketing, Logistics and Merchandising, you are expected to be a strategic thinker with passion of sales and operational excellence. You are also willing to roll your sleeves up and gets your hands on dirty work.

- Create comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our business objectives by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
- Establish realistic yet challenging sales targets that motivate the sales team, while monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments
- Efficiently allocate resources, forecast sales revenue accurately, and exercise effective cost control to demonstrate ROI on sales initiatives
- Implement best practices and technology solutions to streamline operations, ensuring all stores meet sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver an outstanding offline plus online (O+O) shopping experience using our extensive store network and integrated digital platforms
- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify successes and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to enhance strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges and ensure seamless integration of retail strategies
- Create a collaborative environment where team members feel valued and motivated to work towards common goals
skills & experiences required.
- Proven experience in retail operations in Hong Kong, open to any product category
- Experienced in managing sizable teams and large retail network is required
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in Cantonese and English
- Ability to lead, mentor, inspire and develop a high performing team
