- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial industry, with at least 3 years in FX or Bullion, along with team management experience.
- SFC Type 3 license holder preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
