Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive travel retail strategies for the APAC region.
- Identify growth opportunities and set ambitious sales targets.
Market Management:
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Tailor product offerings and promotions to meet regional customer preferences.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key travel retail partners, including airlines, airports, and duty-free operators.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Team Development:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
- Prepare regular reports on market performance and strategic initiatives.
Brand Promotion:
- Drive brand visibility and awareness through effective marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure brand standards and quality are maintained across all travel retail channels.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder
- With at least 8+ years of proven experience in travel retail or global brand management, preferably within the luxury or consumer goods sector
- Strong understanding of the APAC markets and travel retail dynamics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions
- Passion for premium products and luxury branding
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required; any additional Asia language will be a plus
