About the Job
- Client Service Leadership:
- Oversee and manage the Account Servicing team to ensure a high standard of service delivery
- Develop and implement service initiatives to enhance the overall client experience
- Establish and refine processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness
- Operational Excellence & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry best practices, and local regulatory requirements
- Identify areas for operational improvements and implement process enhancements
- Team Development & Performance Management:
- Mentor and motivate Account Servicing Managers, fostering a high-performance culture
- Conduct performance reviews and provide strategic direction to maximize team potential
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance service efficiency
- Act as a key representative for client service excellence within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Insurance, Business Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in life insurance and HNW client servicing
- Proven leadership experience in managing client service teams
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
