A well-established garment manufacturer is seeking an experienced and strategic HR & Admin Manager to take full ownership of the Cambodia factory’s HR operations, leading a team of 20. This is a high-impact role that requires cross-regional coordination, people leadership, and deep understanding of HR in a manufacturing environment.

- Lead and manage a team of 20 in overseeing all HR and administration functions in Cambodia
- Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of HR services across workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
- Act as a key liaison between Cambodia, China, and Hong Kong HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency
- Provide coaching and professional advice to factory management and department heads on HR matters
- Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, and attendance systems
- Continuously review, enhance, and implement HR systems, policies, and best practices to support business growth
skills & experiences required.
- University graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience in HR & admin within garment manufacturing or similar industries
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing factory HR teams
- Solid understanding of Cambodia labor laws and HR practices
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Organized, analytical, and a collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities
- Must be willing to relocate and station full-time in Cambodia
