Our client, a leading company with operations in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen, is looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. This role will play a key part in driving HR initiatives, supporting business leaders, and managing HR operations across both locations.

- Workforce Planning & Recruitment – Assist with headcount planning, end-to-end recruitment, and employer branding to attract and retain talent.
- Employee Relations & Compliance – Support the implementation of HR policies, labor law compliance, and employee relations activities.
- Performance Management & Learning & Development – Help coordinate performance review processes, training programs, and leadership development initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits – Assist with payroll processing, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Office & Workplace Management – Support HR operations and workplace compliance in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role.
- Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and employee engagement practices in both Hong Kong and Mainland China.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
