Our client specializes in providing high-quality personal care products to high-end clients. Headquarter in Hong Kong with offices in 6 countries. With a strong presence in Asia & Americans market, they are urgently looking for a HR C&B Officer to support their rapid growth.
About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processing, employee attendance and leave records, and MPF and insurance administration. You will be also handling labor and employee compensation cases, performing compensation surveys and salary benchmarking to ensure the packages remain competitive. The ideal candidate will also be prepared to tackle ad-hoc assignments as needed.
About the Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min. 3+ years of experience in a multi-national organization, specializing in compensation and benefits.
- In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, MPF regulations, and related legislation.
- Trilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with proficiency in both spoken and written forms.
- Detail-oriented and responsible, with the ability to work independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
