As an HR Director, you will

-Develop and oversee global mobility policies and programs that support talent movement within the organization
-Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address mobility needs and opportunities
-Ensure compliance with immigration and relocation regulations
-Design and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that includes compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance management
-Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive positioning of total rewards offerings
-Advocate for equitable and inclusive rewards practices across the organization
-Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives
-Provide HR expertise and consultative support to business units in areas such as talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development
-Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement and enhance organizational effectiveness
-Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
-Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on key HR metrics, trends, and recommendationsskills & experiences required.
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-10 years of experience in business partnership with a strong track record bringing positive impact to the organisation
-Proven experience in the APAC region, with a strong understanding of regional labor laws and cultural nuances
-Demonstrable experience in successfully delivering business growth, change management & HR transformation
-Excellent knowledge of HR strategy and commercial insight, talent management, recruitment, engagement, cultural change, L&D, reward, and recognition, and learning and development
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior management and drive organisational change
-Highly self-motivated, resourceful, committed and resilient
