A well-established and fast-growing children’s lifestyle and accessories brand is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead Talent Acquisition efforts, with a focus on supporting its growing Shenzhen operations. This is a strategic role for someone passionate about recruiting the right talent to power creativity, operations, and customer experience.

- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for Shenzhen-based roles across Operations, Digital Marketing, Design, and Customer Service
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring plans
- Execute sourcing strategies using China-based recruitment platforms (e.g. Boss直聘, 51Job, Liepin)
- Conduct interviews, manage offers, and facilitate onboarding across functions
- Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with basic China labour law requirements
- Contribute to workforce planning and employer branding initiatives across the group
- Act as a liaison between Hong Kong HQ and Shenzhen teams for HR-related matters
skills & experiences required.
- 5+ years’ experience in HR, with a strong focus in Talent Acquisition
- Familiarity with China recruitment tools and platforms
- Basic working knowledge of China labour law
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-border environment
- Open to IANG or TTPS visa holders currently based in Hong Kong
- Experience in consumer brands, retail, or eCommerce is a plus
