You will support the Logistics Operations team in handling the daily inbound logistics operations for various regions. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Oversee inventory management processes, including tracking incoming shipments and updating inventory systems.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures for receiving and handling materials across various regions.
- Effectively utilize the booking system to monitor purchase orders, track booking statuses, and oversee shipment tracking.
- Coordinate and plan shipments from manufacturing origins in the APAC region to ensure they meet the inbound delivery dates for various global distribution centers.
- Manage air and ocean shipments through the TMS and provide training support to vendors for effective execution.
- Collaborate with LSPs to ensure shipments are executed as planned, monitoring on-time performance and implementing solutions as needed.
- Address logistics inquiries from the Asia sourcing team and vendors, providing timely assistance and solutions.
- Prepare weekly reports and collaborate with LSPs on data governance to ensure timely and accurate data input, enhancing shipment visibility.
skills & experiences required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or related disciplines.
Experience: Over 3 years of experience in inbound logistics operations.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and Pivot Table is essential.
- Experience with Info Nexus system is an advantage.
- Strong adaptability and resilience in changing environments.
- Highly collaborative with a focus on building relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude that fosters a productive team atmosphere.
