We are currently representing various property developers with diversified property portfolios across Hong Kong, the Greater China and Overseas market. They develop, own and operate iconic industrial and smart logistic portfolios. With hiring expansion, they are now inviting the Senior Leasing Manager/ Leasing Manager to join their team.

About the job

• Manage key tenants relationship for the industrial property portfolios
• Handle daily leasing enquiry, complaints and all tenancy matters
• Conduct market research, data analysis and reports compilation
• Prepare offer to lease, leasing proposals, license agreements and other related documents
• Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works
• Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required

What you'll ideally have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 5 years working experience in industrial/ logistic leasing in Hong Kong
• Familiar with Landlord and Tenancy (Consolidation) Ordinance and leasing procedures;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good numerical and business sense
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Leasing Manager
