Ensure the stable operation of in-house and cloud-based data and computer networks, infrastructure, and systems.
Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, monitor, support, and optimize network hardware, software, and communication links.
Provide robust support for IaaS and SaaS platforms, including Azure, AWS, Office 365, and Azure AD.
Analyse and troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, computer, and network issues.
Deliver end-user training to enhance technical proficiency and adoption of systems.
Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to refine operational procedures, focusing on regulatory compliance, security, and technical documentation.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Service Catalog.
Plan, execute and finalize Infrastructure projects and strategic initiatives within defined deadlines and budgets.
Acquire resources and coordinate efforts of team members, third-party contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively support the development and implementation of new retail technologies and systems.
Ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across Head Office and retail store locations.

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience within the IT Infrastructure space (Luxury Industry is a plus).
Proven experience in infrastructure support, network management, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Office 365).
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network systems.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, security standards, and technical documentation.
Project management experience, including resource coordination and deadline adherence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
