Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support new technologies and solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and performance reports.
Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, providing hands-on support when necessary.
Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and industry regulations.
Prepare and present various KPI reports to management.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with hands-on operational experience.
Proven experience in vendor management and negotiation.
Strong knowledge of IT disciplines, including IT Service Management, IT Operations, Systems Integration, and Application Development.
Familiarity with various IT technologies such as server management (e.g., Microsoft Server, Linux), virtualization (e.g., VMware, Citrix), networking (WAN, Wireless), and security protocols.
Understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, CobiT, ISO27001).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare detailed documentation and reports.
