About the Company
My client is searching for a proactive and skilled professional to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of all insurance products. This role requires cross-department collaboration, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered with quality, compliance, and efficiency.

• Collaborate with teams such as Actuarial, IT, Operations, Finance, and Distribution Channels to align and execute product initiatives that meet business goals.
• Lead and oversee system testing efforts, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure deliverables are executed on time and with high quality.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from product managers, translating them into specifications for IT and functional teams to develop effective solutions.
• Assess functional specifications and work with IT and product managers to ensure alignment and shared understanding of requirements and proposed solutions.
• Drive the development and enhancement of insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance policies.
• Participate in task forces and meetings to manage product launches, regulatory initiatives, and other key projects effectively.
• Take ownership of ad hoc projects or additional responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives.
