- Develop and execute robust sales strategies to drive channel business initiatives and maintain sales momentum in a timely manner
- Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of sales tactics and campaigns, providing strategic recommendations for business growth and enhancement
- Manage the execution of product marketing campaigns, including comprehensive development, drafting user requirements, conducting UAT testing, preparing materials, and performing reviews
- Supply current market information, including trends, competitor activities, product details, and marketing offers, to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Communicate sales programs and customer offers to channel sales teams and external distribution partners
...Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in relevant fields, e.g. actuarial science, marketing, business management
- Over 9 years of experience in business development and sales management, ideally in the banking or insurance industry, and with knowledge of bancassurance channel
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products
- Strong business acumen, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills in consumer trends, behaviour, competitive analysis, etc.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
