- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for the APAC region to achieve company’s growth and profitability target
- Build and maintain strong partnership with APAC distributors and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, adjusting sales strategies promptly to respond to market changes.
- Monitor and track business performance by using relevant metrics and analysis, provide the insight and action plan to maximize sales performance and enhance online customer journey and channels
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 8 -10 years of sales experience in the consumer electronics / household industry
- Strong market insight capabilities to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building partnerships.
- Fluent in English and Chinese in both written and spoken forms, other Asian languages is an advantage
