Our client is the investment management arm of a leading insurer.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful execution of fund insourcing projects and other assigned initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, investment teams, legal, compliance, and external vendors, to gather requirements, align objectives, and ensure effective communication throughout the project life-cycle.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, and subject matter experts (SMEs), to ensure project milestones are achieved within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant artifacts. Prepare and present project updates to senior management and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

• Bachelor degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• 5 years of experience in FI operation and / or project management
• Solid understanding of investment management processes
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
