My client is a well-established IT solution provider seeking an IT Director with extensive experience in IT Infrastructure, DevOps practices, and people management. The right candidate will work closely with other counterparts in the technology team to enforce the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product development and deployment for the clients.

- Represent the team to join meetings and conference calls to collaborate & build relationships with the client's key stakeholders to understand their needs and how best to deliver innovative solutions to meet and exceed expectations with the project team
- Lead the on-shore/off-shore team and oversee the deployment of company products and technical solutions, emphasizing DevOps principles and CI/CD practices, and fostering seamless system integration with the clients
- Define and enforce SOPs to enhance software delivery, automation, and collaboration between development and operations teams
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure with the team, including network, systems, cloud services, and security measures, to support operational efficiency and business continuity
- Assign tasks, mentor, and motivate teams to ensure on-time delivery with a positive outcome
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration , or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience combined with IT infrastructure and implementing DevOps practices in a leadership role
- Proficient in speaking both Chinese and English is a must; also with excellent leadership, communication, influencing, planning, and organizing skills
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and tools and technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, etc.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, including but not limited to operation systems, cloud services, database and security, etc.
- Good communication skills with prior experience in client-facing would be advantageous
