- Go-to person for 1st to 2nd technical support.
- Keep support system up-to-date by promptly logging ticket statuses and activities.
- Ensure systems are running smoothly by performing scheduled upgrades, maintenance, and support tasks.
- Take ownership of meeting rooms technologies and performing daily checks
- Manage the delivery and setup of new IT equipment such as rack mounting.
- Tackle other IT-related tasks to keep our technology environment running effectively.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a technology support role.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems, Office 365 applications, and Azure platforms.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese (proficiency in both Cantonese and Mandarin is highly valued).
