- Provide IT support for hardware, software, and communication systems, and oversee and support the organization's networks and infrastructure.
- Govern IT infrastructure and external vendors according to the organization's third-party management guide.
- Apply ITIL methodology to provide guidance on the use of the help desk system and maintain service management processes.
- Evaluate and develop specifications for new systems or enhancements, estimate costs, and make recommendations.
- Prepare and regularly test the disaster recovery plan for critical systems.
- Provide preventive maintenance, including patch management, security scanning, and vulnerability mitigation.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience with bachelor's degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent
- Well experience in overall IT Infrastructure support installation, support, operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledgeable in multiple IT disciplines, such as IT Service Management, IT Operations & Support, Maintaining IT Systems, Systems Integration, and Applications Development
- Detailed understanding and practical experience of the installation, operation, configuration, capability, and industry direction of at least three IT foundation technologies (e.g., operating systems, directory services, database management, system deployment, hardware and software, network infrastructure, virtualization, mobile device management, etc.)
- Detailed knowledge of IT process and governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO27001, ITIL)
