My client is a well-known educational institution and they are currently seeking data manager to drive the transformation.

• Develop a data & Analytics IT solutions plan in collaboration with various stakeholders, including the architecture team, business users, and data providers.
• Establish data quality standards, implement quality control plans, and ensure ongoing monitoring and evaluation of data quality.
• Oversee third-party vendors and consultants to ensure efficient and high-quality project outcomes.
• Handle other assigned IT projects and tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline;
• at least 8 years’ work experience in industry experience in Data field, sitting within IT, Digital or Data
• With solid understanding and experience in data architecture, Big Data, and/or traditional BI/DW/ETL encompassing both process and data analytics;
• Solid experience of using cloud data platform, PowerBI, Tableau, QlikSense and/or statistical package such as SAS, Alteryx;
• Ability to translate business needs into formal designs, and strong organisational, supervisory, and interpersonal skills needed to work effectively with a wide variety of internal and external resources
