Our client is a sizable enterprise that is currently looking for an IT Manager with a focus on web application, SEO, Omni-channel development, and digital products. This role serves as a crucial bridge between the development team and industrial stakeholders, ensuring that technology solutions meet user needs and drive business success.

- Define and manage the strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans covering the digital projects
- Collaborate with different parties to brainstorm and plan creative new features for innovative products based on the user feedback and market trends
- Lead and coach the teams in building continuous delivery-based software release pipelines with best practice
- Participate in project and resource management to ensure that solutions delivered are high-quality, on schedule and easy-to-support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders, understand their needs, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Take on the responsibilities of a product owner, overseeing enhancements and maintenance of existing systems.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 10+ years' relevant experience in the IT sector, with experience in supporting an enterprise business.
- Good understanding of SDLC and experience in design, development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of technology solutions including but not limited to web/mobile applications, e-commerce, and CRM systems, etc.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies preferred.
- Understanding of industry best practices and proficiency in analyzing digital platforms using SEO/data analytics tools.
- Strong business mindset, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of both spoken and written both Chinese and English is a must
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
