Randstad is working with a well-established insurance company and the team is looking for an IT Project Manager. The right candidate will be responsible for implementing application/system development and enhancement projects.

- Define and manage delivery plans covering system development, enhancement, or other technical projects
- Collaborate with HK & overseas onshore/offshore development team to track and maintain the project life cycle, process & deliverables to ensure positive outcomes
- Assign tasks, manage budget & timeline control, and or external vendors
- Review and analyze the requests from senior stakeholders, and recommend best practices or solutions to the upcoming business needs
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project risks
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Business administration, or a related discipline
- Prior experience working as Project Manager/IT Manager/Business Solution Manager role with a minimum 5 years of experience in project management and implementation in the technology area; prior experience in the insurance industry is a must
- Prior large-scale project experience in software/system development & with an ability to communicate well with technology teams is preferable
- Good understanding of at least one insurance domain such as policy, claims, underwriting, operations, etc.
- Knowledge of technical domains including but not limited to SDLC, data, cloud platform, etc.
- Strong logical thinking to identify the best solutions and actions to achieve the business goals
- Ability to translate technical ideas and explain to the senior stakeholders who without technical background
- Proven performance management experience for both internal teams and external vendors
- Proficiently speaking both Chinese & English is a must
- PMP/Agile certification is a plus
