Randstad is currently partnering with a well-established MNC seeking an IT Project Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of the in-house platform projects, collaborating with the development team, infrastructure team and internal stakeholders.

- Define and manage delivery plans for multiple system development or infrastructure projects, working closely with teams in Hong Kong and overseas.
- Partner with the department head, software development team and infrastructure team to monitor and maintain the project lifecycle, processes, and deliverables, ensuring successful outcomes that meet agreed quality standards.
- Assign tasks, oversee budget and timeline management, and coordinate with external vendors.
- Analyze requirements, clarify business requests from senior stakeholders, and propose best practices or solutions tailored to business needs.
- Prepare project documentation and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and share project management expertise and disciplines with the team.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in project management and implementation for enterprises within the technology sector.
- Proven track record managing large-scale projects in both infrastructure and software development is essential.
- Familiarity with multiple technical domains, including but not limited to SDLC, networking, databases, and public/hybrid cloud technologies.
- Strong logical thinking to identify optimal solutions and actions to meet business objectives.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear explanations for senior stakeholders without technical backgrounds.
- Proactive mindset with the capability to anticipate potential project risks and propose effective solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in performance management of internal teams and external vendors.
- Previous work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required; must be currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit.
- PMP certification is a plus.
