Administer, support, and troubleshoot IAM systems to ensure optimal performance.
Develop, maintain, and refine operational procedures for systems, including backup and disaster recovery strategies, vulnerability management, update and patch management, system maintenance, monitoring, and auditing.
Protect information system assets by preventing, detecting, and addressing security incidents. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, analyze findings, and provide actionable recommendations.
Serve as the IAM domain expert involved in solution implementation, including architecture design, solution research, documentation of technical requirements, technical testing, user training, maintenance, and support.
Oversee and track the implementation of identity security solutions to bolster the organization’s identity security posture.
Collaborate effectively with technical vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met and security solutions are implemented successfully. Offer expert guidance on industry best practices in security.

skills & experiences required.

A minimum of 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, operations, solution implementations, or related technology projects. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for senior specialist or managerial roles.
Demonstrated experience in implementing IAM solutions, including but not limited to IAM, IGA, IdP, and UEBA.
Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems, encompassing operating systems, databases, networking, infrastructure, and cloud computing. An analytical thinker capable of understanding, visualizing, analyzing, and resolving complex issues.
Proficient problem-solving skills, with the ability to study problems, analyze options, and propose solutions from various perspectives, including those of end-users and technical staff.
Hands-on experience with system implementations and operations, such as system hardening, patch management, and system architecture design, is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills. Experience in client-facing roles or management consultancy is highly desirable.
Relevant security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are preferred.
