Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, primarily within Windows operating systems.
Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
Maintain documentation of support incidents, resolutions, and software installations.
Collaborate with the IT team to identify recurring issues and implement solutions.
Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

2-3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Level 1 to Level 2 services.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
