Act as one of the initial points of contact for internal end-users seeking technical assistance with software and hardware at the Hong Kong office
Respond to IT support ticketing system or hotline, ensuring timely assignment
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Perform software updates and patches to maintain system security

skills & experiences required.

Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in similar roles, with at least 2 years working for professional firms such as financial services firms, law firms, or consulting firms is preferable
Strong experience in supporting Microsoft O365, Active Directory, Citrix, Windows OS, Windows Server, etc.
Excellent communication and prpoblem solving skills
Proficient in spoken and written English; fluency in Cantonese
