Randstad is working with a well-established business that is looking for a L2 Support Engineer specializing in Microsoft Products to join their team.
about the job.
- Provide L2 support for cloud-based Microsoft products such as M365, Azure Active Directory, and other related services
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end-users or escalated from L1 support within cloud environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely incident resolution and service delivery
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the knowledge base to facilitate efficient support processes
skills & experiences required.
- Associate Degree or above in Computer Science, or related discipline is preferable
- 4+ years of relevant experience in similar functions/roles especially for L2 support etc with proven expertise in supporting Microsoft products in a professional environment
- Solid experience in supporting M365, Azure AD, Exchange Server, Windows OS, Windows Server, etc.
- Sound knowledge of system configuration and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and manner with the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical users
- Proficient in spoken and written both Cantonese and English is a must
