• Maintain endpoint devices, both physical and virtual desktops
• Handle first, second and third-tier support to internal users.
• Implement group policies for PC configurations and security strengthening, as well as create automation scripts.
• Invovled in routine system checks, security updates, and manage IT asset inventory, including coordinating with vendors for maintenance services.

skills & experiences required.

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or related discipline
• 3-10 years’ work experience in Service Desk and IT support
• Experience in supporting Virtual Desktop Environment, such as VMWare Horizon, vSphere
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and common desktop applications
• Experience in group policies administration, PowerShell scripting
• Independent, practive, and willing to learn
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
