Randstad is currently working with an international law firm who is currently looking for IT Support to join their business.
about the job.
- Serve as a primary contact for internal staff in the Hong Kong office, providing technical support for software and hardware inquiries.
- Manage and respond to requests via the IT support ticketing system or hotline, ensuring prompt assignment and resolution of issues or service requests.
- Troubleshoot and fix hardware and software technical problems.
- Support the IT setup for new hires and manage the decommissioning of systems for departing employees.
- Maintain and troubleshoot meeting room tech and conference call setups.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar IT support roles, including L1 and L2 support, with at least 2 years preferably in professional services (e.g., financial services, law firms, or consulting firms).
- Proven expertise in Microsoft O365, Active Directory, Citrix, Windows OS, Windows Server, and similar platforms.
- Proficient in IT asset management, firewalls, and networking.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a bonus.
- Must reside in Hong Kong with a valid work permit.
