about the job.
- Provide expert support for Microsoft Outlook, Office 365 suite
- Assist users with account setup, password resets, and application navigation
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Manage and maintain internal school systems, working closely with external vendors to ensure system stability and functionality
- Provide ad-hoc technical support for school events, including setting up and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment, network connectivity, and other required technology.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- 4+ years of relevant experience in similar functions/roles such as technical support/service desk etc.
- Good experience in software/hardware installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, etc. hardware
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of speaking Cantonese, and English is a must
