A global engineering and energy group is hiring a Junior Business Operations Executive for its Hong Kong office. This role offers practical training and exposure to project execution, budgeting, and risk control — ideal for candidates with a strong interest in structured operations and commercial finance.about the job.
- Input and manage data in SAP across finance, sales, and controlling modules
- Handle cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting on project/order level
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks throughout execution
- Monitor and update records for assets, liabilities, and project status
- Coordinate internally to ensure compliance with operational procedures
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork
- Comfortable working with data and systems (e.g., Excel, SAP experience is a plus)
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written) — essential
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Immediate availability is preferred
