● Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including distribution agreements, sales agreements, .

● Conduct legal research on product compliance and international legislative changes.
● Provide legal advice to stakeholders and various business units, and legal support on day-to-day operation.
● Identify and mitigate contractual and regulatory risks by designing or implementing company policies and procedures.
● Participate in strategic business decisions to understand and advise on potential contractual obligations and consequences.
● Handle other ad hoc tasks and cases as required.
Requirements:
● Holder of law degree from a recognized university, preferably from common law jurisdictions.
● 1-3PQE gained in a renowned law firm or in-house legal of a multinational or listed company.
● Self-motivated and independent with a strong sense of responsibility.
● Excellent organisation skills & strong attention to detail.
● Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
