Our client is a well-known MNC. They are seeking a highly motivated Junior Counsel to join their legal team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for junior lawyers that want to gain exposure in a commercial environment.


Responsibilities:

● Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including distribution agreements, sales agreements, .
● Conduct legal research on product compliance and international legislative changes.
● Provide legal advice to stakeholders and various business units, and legal support on day-to-day operation.
● Identify and mitigate contractual and regulatory risks by designing or implementing company policies and procedures.
● Participate in strategic business decisions to understand and advise on potential contractual obligations and consequences.
● Handle other ad hoc tasks and cases as required.


Requirements:

● Holder of law degree from a recognized university, preferably from common law jurisdictions.
● 1-3PQE gained in a renowned law firm or in-house legal of a multinational or listed company.
