about the job.
- draft and review a board range of contracts and legal documents relating to both life and general insurance
- understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the relevant conduct of business
- advise on questions of law and practice in relation to Insurance Ordinance and Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance
- other ad hoc assignments from Head of Legal & Compliance
skills & experiences required.
- qualified lawyer with at least 3PQE from reputable law firm or insurance industry
- strong legal and compliance experience preferably from insurance industry
- good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
