Provide legal support to OTC Derivative and Asset Management business
Draft and review ISDA documentations, term-sheet / confirmations for OTC derivatives, and other related documents
Support on regulatory matters within the scope of SFC
Other ad hoc assignments from Head of Legal

skills & experiences required.

Ideally common law qualified lawyer with at least 3 PQE
Experience in ISDA or OTC derivative transactions
Fluent in both English and Chinese
