about the job.
- Review and negotiate a range of master agreement documentation in relation to derivatives products
- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the relevant conduct of business
- Provide prompt, commercial, practical and high quality legal advice to all relevant business areas
- Other ad hoc activities and legal and compliance projects raised
skills & experiences required.
- Qualified lawyer with ideally 5+ years PQE with in-depth knowledge of financial services related laws
- Excellent knowledge of a variety of markets master agreement documentations, derivative related products
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
