Our client is a global fintech company, who is looking for a legal counsel with solid corporate experience and regional exposure to support the expanding business globally.
about the job.
- Act as legal in-house counsel offering effective legal solutions to the business expansion globally
- Draft and review all kinds of commercial contacts and legal documents for potential product launching, and oversea M&A transactions
- Provide legal support to Corporate Governance, Compliance fillings, Regulations and licensing related work in different regions globally
- Work with external law firms on different projects to support business needs
skills & experiences required.
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of work experience in General Corporate, M&A, or Regulatory
- Experience in TMT, Fintech and Financial Service industry are highly preferred, international exposure is a must
- Good communication skills with fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
