About the Job ...

Work with Product Development to implement product propositions strategies across distribution channels, with ongoing monitoring and status updates
Provide market insights, deliver regular product updates, offer coaching, and address product-related inquiries from distribution partners
Manage and support distribution channels in promoting Life and Health insurance products, as well as customer campaigns
Conduct product briefings and training sessions for distribution channels to ensure clear understanding of product offerings
Ensure effective communication of distribution channel requirements to internal stakeholders and follow up to guarantee timely feedback and report delivery
Serve as a center of excellence, supporting business development efforts across various distribution channels
Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate manager to meet evolving business needs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent presentation and motivational skills
Prior experience in insurance agency business development or product training is highly desirable
In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong and Mainland China insurance markets, particularly in life insurance products
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
