Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the distribution and the Operations Department.
- Foster enduring and collaborative partnerships with distribution team through effective communication and teamwork.
- Responsible for addressing operational issues with equitable and adaptable methods.
- Participate in customized training programs for sales team to align with company strategies, support the digitalization process, and enhance service quality across all functions.
- Underwrite large amounts and complicated new business application
- Manage the daily operations of underwriting routine tasks and ensure that turnaround times are achieved according to agreed-upon standards.
Key requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- Over 6 years of relevant experience in life underwriting
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
