Establish strong connections with VIP and VIC clients, engaging with them to understand their needs and articulate the value of our products
Consistently achieve the sales targets set for each month
Deliver services promptly and effectively, aligning with client needs and objectives
Generate new business with current clients and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales goals
Forecast and monitor key client metrics, such as monthly deposits and quarterly projections
Provide assistance with challenging client requests or escalate issues as necessary

Proven experience in sales; preferably in luxury
Strong execution and team player
Passionate and quick learner
Good in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
