- Help the Admin Manager and Department Head with general office tasks.
- Organise and handle mailing tasks like folding letters and preparing mail.
- Accompany suppliers for service deliveries such as paper collection and vending machines.
- Manage internal mail and newspaper distribution.
- Keep track of company stationery supplies like letterheads and envelopes.
- Arrange maintenance for office equipment.
- Communicate with couriers and suppliers for pricing and orders.
- Order stationery and keep track of inventory.
- Support other Admin staff, Receptionist, and help with deliveries when needed.
- Assist with any extra tasks as required.
skills & experiences required.
- Solid experience in office management,including reception, mailing issue and general office administration etc.
- Fluent English is required.
