About the company

Our client is a reputable and established total solution provider for construction materials in HK. They have a long standing history in the field and to cater with the recent business needs, they are now looking for a Maintenance Manager to join and grow with the team.

About the role

You will be leading a team to provide repairs and maintenance services for concrete plants. You will be responsible for monitoring the facility performance, implementing corrective actions and providing management support with key areas covering HSE compliance, cost control and resource management, preventative and predictive maintenance, repair services and root cause analysis, etc.

What you'll need

• Bachelor degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in managerial role
• Solid repairs and maintenance experience in treatment plant facilities
• Strong leadership, presentation and negotiation skills
• Business proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
