About the Company
Our client is a global market leader in the environmental solutions industry. To cope with their current business needs, they are now looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead the mechanical maintenance team.
About the Role
You will be leading a team of 10+ engineers and technicians to carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities, on heavy equipment and machineries like cranes, bulldozer, light vehicles, etc. You will be responsible for conducting the operations safely and in line with the company standards, budgeting planning and control on maintenance activities, lead and manage the team for smooth operations.
About the Requirement
- Over 8 years of experiences in the maintenance of heavy equipment and machineries, with at least 2 years of experience at managerial level
- Degree holder in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Strategic, strong team leadership skills
- Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
