They develop, own and operate iconic mid-large scale commercial complexes, grade A offices, retail portfolios. With hiring expansion, they are now inviting the Management Executive Program (Real Estate) to join their team.

About the job

This program targets high-potential individuals for accelerated career growth within our commercial real estate development business, with a focus on Hong Kong and Mainland China markets. It gives you the right exposures to various departments and functions, preparing you for future leadership roles in the Group.

What you'll ideally have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Relevant working experience in real estate and property industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Opportunities to have occassional travel within Hong Kong and Mainland China.
