- Engage with colleagues, new graduates, and seasoned professionals to establish a strong foundation for future leadership positions.
- Attend various training sessions, workshops and seminars to develop strong technical knowledge and business acumen
- Comply with internal code of practices and compliance
- Build good relationships with our clients and service providers, leading to improved loyalty, lowered churn rates and perceived service quality.
- Contact clients on projects negotiation and amendment
- Manage email correspondence & address customer enquiries
- Forecast trends and analyze data
- Serve as a Bridge between Sales, Customer Service, Service providers and any other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- University graduate completed in 2025 or within recent 2 years
- Relevant experience in Account Management/ Business Development/ Corporate Solution/ Risk Management/ Brokerage will be considered an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, customer focused with effective client relationship and communication skills
- Possess strong sense of responsibilities and energetic good team player
- Good communication skills on written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
