Oversee overall project management to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
Lead the design and development of scalable digital applications, encompassing both frontend and backend aspects.
Ensure application stability and performance through effective solution design and implementation
Coordinate internal and external resources, including both onshore and offshore teams, as well as stakeholders and vendors, to ensure -smooth project execution
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring adherence to best practices and standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
7+ years of relevant experience, and with team lead experience will be a plus
Solid experience in either one of the technologies below: Java Spring Boot, C#/ .NET, React/Angular/Vue/Flutter, node.js, iOS / Android app development, Kafka etc. (Experience in Cloud technologies will be a plus)
Knowledge of insurance operations is a plus
