Oversee and evaluate the performance of existing Internal Ratings-Based (IRB) models, including application and behavior scorecards, as well as PD, LGD, and EAD models.
Implement IRB models within the credit decision-making systems.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the system implementation process.
Analyze data to ensure the quality of information in the front-line credit systems.
Collaborate with teams responsible for credit origination, monitoring, and approval to develop risk analytical strategies that align with business needs and optimize the risk/reward balance.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or a similar area.
FRM qualification is preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis using relevant software tools, including Python, SQL, SAS, and Excel.
Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese (including Putonghua) and English.
Excellent project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
