To cope with their business expansions, they are currently looking for a Marketing Director with regional experience to join and lead a very dynamic team.

about the team.Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be leading a sizable team in Hong Kong and elsewhere in Asia - hence having a strong leadership experience regionally would be crucial. You will work alongside sales, retail, logistics, merchandising teams to ensure your marketing strategies are executed smoothly.

Oversee a talented team of marketing professional in Hong Kong and Asia, including brand marketing, retail marketing, digital marketing and CRM experts. Foster a collaborative and inspiring environment that encourages innovation and creativity
Utilize strong business insights to identify opportunities for growth and profitability
Develop and implement go to market strategies that enhance market presence and drive sales performance
Work closely with global and regional teams to align marketing strategies with the company's overarching goals
Articulate marketing strategies and initiatives clearly to cross-regional teams, ensuring alignment and understanding
Engage stakeholders with excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Infuse fun and creativity into the marketing efforts, reflecting the DNA of the brand and inspiring both the team and customers

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder
Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the consumer goods sector
Demonstrated success in improving profitability and driving business growth
Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
Familiarity with global and regional marketing strategies and local market dynamics
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
A passion for creativity!
