• Implement brand strategies and directions provided by the senior management team, translating them into actionable marketing plans and engagement campaigns that effectively boost brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase enrollments, all aligned with the school's objectives.
• Execute approved marketing plans, establish budgets, regularly review spending targets, and make necessary real-time adjustments to optimize the performance of brand marketing campaigns.
• Develop, implement, and continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns across website and various social media platforms , ensure consistent branding and messaging across these channels.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, including school open days, fairs, and networking events.
• Utilize graphic design software to create visually appealing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials. Ensure that all materials meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with school goals, brand strategy, and other relevant initiatives.
  
  

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of the international school sector or International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme.
• Possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software is a plus.
