Our client is looking for a Museum Manager (Gallery and Exhibition) to join the team.

You will be reported to Director
leading the team in curating galleries and leveraging expertise in art, archives, and artifacts.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the gallery
Serve as a docent by leading guided tours and interacting with a diverse range of visitors, high-net-worth individuals,. ...

Process archival materials and effectively manage the gallery’s archives

Collaborate with other units to maintain artifacts, independently curate exhibition content, and oversee content management systems (CMS) with vendors for accuracy and user experience

Coordinate with suppliers, curators, artists, vendors, stakeholders, and consultants on gallery-related matters, including sourcing materials and content for exhibitions

Serve as a docent, manage a pool of docents (including retirees, alumni, and students), and oversee scheduling processes

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor degree or above
4+ years of relevant experience in gallery, experience center, or related fields
Experience in leading guided tours is a must
Demonstrate expertise in curatorial practices, exhibition development, and collection management
Exhibit computer literacy, with knowledge of Photoshop and other multimedia software being a plus
Strong communication skills, fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
Ability to build effective working relationships with various teams and individuals, and to influence, persuade, and engage stakeholders and peers
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Self-motivated, capable of working independently and under pressure
